Fulham Choose EJ to Rep New Kits

June 11th, 2008 | By: Carter Daly | 1 Comment »

I think we might have some kind of a world record here, similar to Happy Gilmore’s record of being the only guy in his league to take off his skate and try to stab somebody. I know it’s called Fulhamerica for a reason, but really guys? He’s not even the best American on the team. There has never been a player who has scored less goals (on all levels), gotten less playing time, and been more ostracized by the fans of the nation his club is trying to push their kits on, then Eddie Johnson. I would like to send big congratulations to the fellas in the Fulham marketing department for this performance. At least in Man U’s case, when they put Park Ji Sung at the front of their kit ads, it’s not like they have another handy South Korean on the roster to put over him.

Hi, I am from Portugal and I am a Benfica fan, where Freddy Adu is currently playing.
I have never seen him playing before, but have already heard about a new “Pele” in USA…
He didnt played many games in Benfica and never shown big qualities. He is a very light player, no speed nor strong, no big technique skills,…

What do you think about him?
