Brooks Peck
My name is Brooks, I’m from Philly and I’m a contributor to the USA blog around here. I’m also an editor at DirtyTackle.net. I was the Philadelphia Phillies Correspondent for ESPN.com for seven years and I wrote the “Relief Report” for SportsIllustrated.com in 2007. I’ve also written for a number of other websites that you’ve probably never heard of.
I’d offer my email address, but I really don’t need to improve my credit score or watch monkey porn right now. Thanks anyway, though.
Hey, since your the USA blogger I was hoping you could share this blog i made with the US supporters on here looking for a place to post their well wishes for Charlie Davies.

I hope you dont consider this some type of spam because I just genuinely want US,, Sochaux, and all fans to have a place to express their support for Charlie. I based this off of the Get well Eduardo blog a fan made after his accident.
Thanks!

while its great that Charlie lives….what about the other poor soul in the car?
Sports figures and cars? do I really need to say anything else?
How about the great superhuman doctors?
Charlie Davies is an unstoppable force with superhuman powers? why dont you throw some more gas on the fire.
Where are the car keys?
Really good work about this website was done. Keep trying more – thanks!
Mr. Peck, pertaining to your article on a team that kicked a goal kick into the wind only to have it bounce back into their own net, I believe you may have missed an opportunity.
Per FIFA,
A goal may be scored directly from a goal kick, but only against the opposing
team.
The goals should have been not allowed and a corner kick awarded to the non-kicking team.

Hello Brooks,
I am not peddling monkey porn or promising to improve your credit score. Rather I’m enquiring whether you might be interested in a trip to South Africa to cover the confederations cup and take a look at South Africa’s preparations for next year’s World Cup. I am with South Africa’s International Marketing Council, which, on a much smaller scale, is our equivalent of the old US Information Agency. One of the things we do is organise media tours. This one is for US soccer bloggers.
At this point, we are looking at flying the group to South Africa on or around Saturday, June 13, in time for the USA versus Italy match on Monday, June 15, in Pretoria. We’d attend the South Africa versus New Zealand game in Rustenburg on the Wednesday, USA versus Brazil in Pretoria on Thursday, then head to Durban to look at the new stadium that and to attend the South Africa versus England rugby test on Saturday. We’s then head back to Johannesburg on Sunday, June 21. Bloggers would then have the option of returning to the States or staying on for the rest of the competition at their own expense. We will provide round-trip airline tickets plus transport, accommodation and meals for the week the bloggers are our guests.
Please let me know if you are interested.I’m based in Washington. You have my e-mail address. You can also reach me on 202 250 3487 or my cell 202 276 5084.
Regards
