When Jozy got his long run out two weeks ago he looked better than any of the other forwards they had healthy at the time. I think the manager is holding him back because of his youth, and in a way that is understandable. As for Adu, I read he played decently, but the loss is sure to hurt his chances at extra playing time in the future because of the opportunities that these cup games create. Now he really has to earn it. He is not going to see many minutes in the near future. The manager seems to stick with his usual crew and Guille Franco will continue to get minutes instead of Jozy. Even though he creates nothing on his own Franco continues to get minutes. He has never impressed when he played for Mexico and the games I've seen him play for Villareal I've been even less impressed. Sure he has his games where he score and stuff but a blind squirrel finds a nut sometimes. Does anyone know how Adu did? I heard he missed a good chance for a goal but nobody has really said how good his performance was and if it may have earned him a little more respect in the future.
