But I really feel bad for him this time. Isn't third time supposed to be the charm? Whatever he is, Donovan's definitely talented enough to be playing somewhere other than MLS. I still think he'd have a lot more luck with a mid to lower table English Prem team that was willing to give him a good run at it. Middlesbrough or Wigan maybe? Sounds like an insult, but there are worse places to play your football. I know Landycakes gets – and to some extent deserves – a lot of stick. But I really feel bad for him this time.
