The biggest thing I take away from this game is a Clark-Bradley pairing is doomed to failure. We looked far too disjointed in our play when they were together. Things improved quite a bit when they brought Benny on--even if he isn't at 100% match fitness because Derby is inexplicably sitting him. And I thought Donovan had a good first half and a quiet second half. He did set up the goal from Gooch--and he abused their left back a couple of times. Had the Mexican strikers been more accurate, this would have finished 4-2 in favor of Mexico. Bradley needs to address these problems, especially when you are outplayed by your rival.
