He is a monster in the air and was very solid in Korea in 2002. The question remains as to who will be paired up front with him. Josh Wolf, Taylor Twellman, Conor Casey, et. al are fighting for that spot. And for those who think the US is technically inferior based on the Japan match, keep in mind that 12-15 of its top players were in Europe and did not play in that game. The US is a talented team when it has its European based players. McBride is the number one striker for the US. He is a monster in the air and was very solid in Korea in 2002.
