Training Camp Resumes Without Adu or Ralston
February 3rd, 2006 | By: Daryl | No Comments »
Training camp resumed yesterday morning, but not for Freddy Adu and Steve Ralston as both were sent back to their clubs.
Ralston has a quadricep injury so his return to New England is understandable, but Adu has simply been sent back to DC United for pre-season training. We all know Bruce can be tough, but I’m pretty sure this will damage Adu’s confidence.
There’s been no explanation from within the camp yet, so I’ll be interested to hear what BA and FA have to say. I’m hoping FA doesn’t say anything he’ll live to regret.
