USA 1-2 South Korea (but don’t worry it wasn’t a real game)
February 5th, 2006 | By: Daryl | No Comments »
USA lost 2-1 to South Korea in a behind closed doors scrimmage on Saturday. According to this match report in the Korea Times, the off-the-record game was played in three periods of 30 minutes.
Not a great result, but nothing to worry about. It seems the entire US squad, including Eddie Johnson and his now recovered right calf, played some part in the game. The US goal came from Chris Rolfe, who must deserve a chance against Japan or Guatemala.
