Hope, Carli, & Amy all agree the new USWNT kits look much better than the men’s

This post will be quick as I’m spending the weekend in rainy San Diego (you stay classy) to visit my sister… and her wine collection.

The USWNT are taking the Algarve Cup competition by storm. We are at the top of our group and a win or tie against Sweden on Monday will shoot us to the final. Easy peasy. US Soccer has the highlights of the 2-0 game against Iceland where you can watch Hope Solo stop two penalties…

And yesterday morning, Abby Wambach scored in the 94th minute to beat Norway 2-1. No video in that yet as far as I can tell but we do have some muddy pictures of the team ruining their fancy new uniforms

Okay, I’ll be back next week with more info and more in-depth coverage but for now, I’m trying to remember what happened last night, what we ate, and why I have a giant bruise on my leg?
