Zizzo Signs with Hannover 96

The first of the tremendous U-20 bunch to sign his European contract is not Freddy, or Danny Szetela, but somewhat surprising stand out Sal Zizzo.
The deal runs for three years and will pair Sal with fellow right-sided yank Steve Cherundolo. Always good to have a fellow yank to look out for you. Steve supposedly helped with the deal by talking to the club about it as well as Sizzo’s folks.
The move is very similar to that of now fellow UCLA alum. Benny Feilhaber, who after being a great surprise at the U-20 world cup, also earned himself a contract abroad in Germany with Hamburg. Hopefully Zizzo can continue to follow Benny’s example and soon move up through the ranks of the US Men’s National Team.
This looks to be a great move for Zizzo and hopefully the other U-20’s are soon to follow suit.

Why doesn’t that load Beckham ever play? He is stealing money and is going to sink that MSL league. Did you see the ESPN game last night? NY vs. someone. They had like 12 people in the stands. Yeah, Beckham has really got that league going now.
