Croatia is out of the question. Neven is a serb from bosnia but his father has croatian citizenship because some of his family is from there. just wanted to clarify that in reality neven has nothing do with the croats.

I’ve really nothing against Serbia, nor do I trust FIFA rankings to the slightest degree, but we are higher ranked than you guys.

A bigger issue: why are people trolling a US soccer blog as if we don’t know we’re not the shit? As far as I can tell, it’s all we talk about.

And to add something else. Why would you guys put a “ha” next to Serbia’s name. They are way better than the US. They have world class players like Nemanja Vidic, Branislav Ivanovic, and Dejan Stankovic. They also have young talents like Miralem Sulejmani, Zdravko Kuzmanovic, and Gojko Kacar, who are all in my mind better than US talents like Bradley, Adu, and Altidore.
And by the way Sacha Kljestan is of Serbian descent not Croatian. He wouldn’t make the Serbian team anyway.

Play for Serbia Neven. You are a Bosnian Serb, and you have Serbian blood running through your veins, not German, Croatian, or American. If you don’t want to play for Serbia, then at least play for Bosnia, the counrty you were born in.
