Can’t Wait for the U-9 World Cup

That’s captain Kristie Mewis showing everyone the celebratory devil horns after her U-17 squad beat Germany in the semi-finals of the inagural U-17 Women’s World Cup taking place in New Zealand right now. The US competes in the final against Korea DPR this coming Sunday. A pretty good match report of the semi can be found here. And remember the names below kids, for these are your future national team stars of tomorrow… as long as they don’t get seriously injured or convinced to pursue more stable careers before their NCAA eligibility runs out.
